Meet Your Hosts

Paul Kedrosky is a frequently injured athlete and, when not rehabbing from doing something dumb, is a venture capitalist. 

Paul has competed regionally at many sports, from cross-country and downhill skiing, to trail running, and tennis. He lives in southern California.

Howard Luks is a top sports orthopedic surgeon, as well as a trail runner and prolific writer on fitness and longevity. 

Howard is an active trail runner and tennis player, both sports at which he has competed.
